Shipping & Returns information

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we ship worldwide! International packages may require customs fees or additional tax levied by the destination country. If applicable, any of the above mentioned taxes and fees are collected at the destination and are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping timeframes are also extended for international packages and may run into unforeseen delays, which are out of control of my control.

I try my best to keep shipping rates reasonable and fair.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout time based on your address and chosen shipping method. I mark the quoted rates up slightly in order to cover the packaging materials such as envelopes/ boxes and etc.

When will I receive my order?

  • Original paintings will ship within 3 to 5 business days of from the time of the purchase. You will receive the tracking number once the order has shipped.

  • Giclée prints, stationery, coasters and magnets will ship within 3 to 5 business days after purchase. If the item isn’t available in stock, please allow 2-3 weeks due to production and additional turnaround time. In this case you’ll get an e-mail follow up to make sure that this time line works for you. You will receive the tracking number once it has shipped.

  • Limited edition prints that require embellishing will ship within 7 to 10 business days to allow enough time for curing.

My order arrived damaged.

  • Please contact me immediately, or no later than 10 business days, about lost or damaged items via info@evedevore.com. Document the item(s) and packaging with pictures and send them along with the email clearly stating the damage to the item(s). It is imperative to keep all original packing materials as well as the damaged item(s), as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes at a later time. Once I receive the email, I will reply to discuss the next steps.

Can I add a note or ask you to sign a card for me if it’s a gift?

  • Yes! Please, contact me via info@evedevore.com as soon as you placed an order with all the details.


Exchanges & Refund Policy

  • There are no refunds or exchanges on original art and limited edition prints.

  • Excluding original art and limited edition prints, if you are not satisfied with the purchase for any reason, we will gladly give you a full refund (minus the shipping costs) on prints, stationery or home goods. Return postage is buyer’s responsibility. Please return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt.

  • I will offer full refund for items damaged during shipping - photo evidence required before refund – full details are provided above, in the shipping section of the FAQ, please follow them to start the process.

  • I reserve the right to refuse service and/or limit quantities to anyone at my discretion.


Purchasing artwork

How often do you release new work?

  • The best way to keep up to date with the new releases is to sign up for the mailing list and follow me on Instagram. Newsletter subscribers get an additional benefit of being the first to hear about my new collections as well as getting special discounts.

How do I take care of my original art?

  • I do my best to use high-quality archival materials and UV protective varnishes in my art pieces to ensure its longevity. Properly cared for, watercolors made with permanent colors on good quality paper are as long-lasting as any other medium. 

  • However, works on paper, such as watercolors, are inherently fragile because they are painted on natural fiber - paper. Paper is particularly susceptible to damage caused by light. Direct sunlight is damaging to any work of art, including oils. Since light is a major catalyst, watercolors should be kept out of direct light and protected by a sheet of filtered glass or acrylic. They should also be mounted in acid-free mat board to keep the paper from discoloring over time.

How do I hang my original painting?

  • Some original pieces come with the frame (it’s noted in a listing description if applicable). I am always on a hunt for unique frames and often include them with the smaller pieces as a part of artwork.

Do you offer wholesale?

  • Yes, I do offer wholesale on prints and stationery. Please inquire further details via info@evedevore.com

I sent a social media message and haven’t heard back. What is the best way to contact you?

  • I’m sorry! I receive many messages across various platforms (Facebook message/Instagram DM) and cannot reply to them all. The best way to contact me is via email info@evedevore.com and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible Thank you for your patience!

Can I repost your work or write about you on my blog/website?

  • It’d be awesome! Please, provide credit on my work and links when appropriate.
